So i called gamestop to ask them about thier xbox offerings they pretty much suck now.  I sold my elite two months ago so i could get the bravia xbr8 and love it and now decided to mabey to get the elite and now they tell me that all the xbox's including the elite only comes with the power cord and controler and no longer come with the hdmi component or headset.  That totally blows because now i need to put an extra $ into it now and im not sure when i will get around to getting one now.

They still come with headsets, only thing they took out was the HDMI cable to cut costs..

Go to your local Wal*Mart and pick a set up for $10.

But ya no HDMI means the Elite Bundles suck..  /s

Why would you sell your elite...then buy an elite later on? It would have been smarter to just save the money initially to buy the XBR8.

Guess PS3 sku's have sucked for a long time..they never have HDMI cables..

So let's work this out.

Xbox 360 Elite price is cut by $100.
Xbox 360 Elite loses HDMI cable worth less than $10.

Hmmmmm......you're right! Microsoft suck! You're only paying $90+ dollars less for an Elite.....oh wait.......that's not right...........
