I see the butthurt fanboi are still going on and on about MH3, anything is better than having to comment on the PS3 HW sale I suppose.

Man, I really want to see DQ9 number since it outsold that Nintendo game with big leg, imagine if the game is able to keep selling at a decent amount every week after more than month, it could reach Pokemonesque sale! (In Japan anyway).

there is stock on amazon for one thing.  If you go look on GAF there is still stock left in many stores, it's not that hard to find.  Stores are finally starting to discount as well. 

Because Monster Hunter on PSP is mainstream and MH on Wii is niche.:)

On-topic: 40k definitely falls in line with what my expectations were. In my thread predicting the first 10 weeks of MH3 sales, I had this week at 38.3k

i actually remember that thread quite well, claude and I actually posted in that thread long ago so it's not that weird that we remember it.

Funny thing, actually.

I was using the search function to look for the thread when the DQX news broke out, and got the MH3 reveal threads in the process. I decided to read through the meltdowns again for a few roffles and came across that gem. It was only a few weeks before MH3 came out so I bookmarked that baby for later use.

Looks like it was a great move on my part.
