no, you are looking at the blog of the same website. He is looking at the used value. If you have it in original shrink wrapping then it is worth a lot more and you do truely have a rare game.
And I'll throw in the quote for why it is so rare.

Gradius Gaiden, and then probably Radiant Silvergun. R-Type Delta, R-Type Final and Ikaruga are also rare (well, most SHMUP games too be honest).

Why is Bionic Commando Rearmed 2 getting so much hate? We finally get a real game and they're not even satisfied... I'm starting to hate the gaming community so f****** much...
