I know this is true. I remember when I played Oblivion without mods, and felt how horribly designed somethings were in the game. Then last summer I downloaded a few of the big ones like OOO,MMM, and a few others and the game feels almost perfect. Mods usually fix what is wrong with the games, and there are so many that you could pretty much make the game what you want it to be.
