Forums - Sony - Why is PS3 Slim so expensive in my country?

Its interesting though.. i just visited an online store (webhallen.se) to see their prices and search for some games. And they have a 120gb 360 Elite for 2999SEK. And if i recall correctly, the 360 has been at 2999 for quite some time. So how come two consoles now at the exact same price point has a 600SEK (about 90$) difference?

And what will happen to the 360 price here in Sweden now that they are suppose to lower the Elite to 299$ aswell?

I belive that the 360 Elite got a pricedrop in Europe that dropped the price to 299€, well I dont remember when but a year ago or so.

So my guess is that this pricedrop is US only.

I didn't know they sold PS3s at ICA lol. Anyway, that's the PS3 fat you're talking about. It should be Slim for 2999 SEK (and that's the one I want).
