This is discussion for those who have played and beaten persona 3 the journey and the answer. If you have not played  please do not read below because there will be SPOILERS.

Now since we know from the new video that was leaked, and the famitsu scans we have a new female protagonist as well as the original, most likley taking the silent role as well. Who here also smells retcon with the official ending? I mean yeah, they could just swap roles, and could just be an option for female gamers, but with the game, comic,persona trinity soul (anime)  and things said in person 4 it really doesn't add up very well. So post your thoughts... Do you think we will get a retcon of the ending or perhaps just a more detailed one that goes beyond what "the answer" told us in fes, or will the female mirror the last main character just with a different face.

I don't think they will change the story much, only the social links will most likely be different for each gender. A new alternate ending would be nice, since it would be boring to play a game knowing how it ends.

You are prolly right, one thing I hope they do is adopt persona 4s system where you can control all party members. Individual social links for all SEES members would be awesome too.

The new videos leaked kinda confirm that you can have social links with your party members now.

And yes, the party is fully controllable this time.
