I even know a guy who has a wii and only SSBB because he's a huge fan and thats all he cares for on the wii. In the same vein, any true tekken fan wouldn't have bought the wii expecting tekken 6...'nuff said.

I think you should note 2 things about my post.
1. I never said he required an excuse, simply that the one he gave was pathetic.
2. My post made no claim of intent to puchase said game.
I'm not debating the volume of demand for the game on Wii, I'm debating his excuse.

I wouldn't get the game, and I still say the excuses about power and gameplay are BS.
A flashy-first game is awesome when it comes out. A great-first game is awesome forever.

its not the dpad i have a problem with, it that was the case u can always just use the analog stick. like some people have stated before its the wii's controller layout that might be the problem. i remember trying to use to play brawl once and still felt kinda awkward to me so i would think something like tekken would be even more frustrating to play.
