Are the envy comments direct at me? What exactly am I supposed to be envious of again?

Your PS3.

Badgenome you rock man.  I'm glad you saw the flaw in the argument.

The ps3 looks great in the first pic. It does everything for gaming.

The 360 looks like a cheap dell PC unit

but who the fuck cares it has better games than the Wii (which looks better than it)

looks don't matter

@seece

don't be so condescending & rude

Okay, if people want to complain, how about this phrase:

"It does MORE than the 360 for LESS*"

Is that better?

@ bolded: I agree completely. Putting people down on the internet is low...especially for a "contributor."

The point of the advertisement is to show that the PS3, as a machine, does "everything" ie, every form of entertainment. Which it does, very well.

With the 299$ price point this is pretty much the best deal any person could get.

It doesn't do "decent" motion control ... which is the buzz of this gen. That's a pretty big thing to "not" be doing.

I thought the motion control worked fine. High Velocity bowling i think feels like holding a ball. and I thought the motion was implemented nicely in heavenly sword. Flower and flow worked nice to.

if my playstation had a vagina i would never leave the house

I'm sure you could make that happen. They sell realistic fake vagina's online. You can use your web browser thats built into the PS3 to find one.

"Everything" is intended to mean "everything that the 360 does and more, minus RRoD."

I don't see that at all when I see this advert, I see a PS3 slim offering to make you a cup of coffee, iron your socks and give you head massages, are you telling me i'm actually wrong here?

It's a catchy slogan but it's gotta do a little more to do everything :P'
