I just watched RAW. OKC crowd was aweful. I love how Ryback botched his finisher, twice....

He didnt botch it, it was Tensai's fault, Ryback picked him up easily this past week's smackdown.

I don't know... i've seen plenty of knoweldgable wrestign guys...blame the botch on Ryback and not Albert...

and to be honest... it makes a LOT more sense.

Ryback is still relativly green.

While Tensai is a LONG time veteran who isn't really known for botching... I mean he was a pretty big guy in Japan, and if there is anything Japan values... it's being able to execute moves well.

Helping someone to pick them up shouldnt be considered a move though. Pretty sure a lot of the heavyweights who get picked up jump or give some sort of boost to the person who is carrying them for a move rather than focusing on the person's strength alone. I doubt Undertaker was able to chokeslam the Big Show the few times he did simply because he was "strong".

Then what's his excuse for botching the move with Paul Heyman?

Ryback's just green.

This article explains it well...

He should consider using the clothesline as his finisher or even a spear like he did when he was skip sheffield in nexus.

Lol I didnt know about the houseshow.

Also nor did I say he was a expert or a pro at wrestling, I'm sure he is pretty green especially from his acting its obvious. I just find it surprising he is botching a skill like that often. Maybe they should change his finisher cause he's obviously not gonna be able to do Shell Shocked or w/e its called on people like Mark Henry or Big Show if he cant even do it on Paul Heyman XD.

Cena could do it!  Ryback looks stronger than Cena but looks can be deceiving.

I didn't click the link but I know that sometimes wrestlers "sandbag" or become dead weight when, in reality, they are supposed to help the other guy lift them.  That's why you see them jump at the same time they are choke slammed or you see them push off of the other guy's leg when they are being scoop slammed.  I didn't see Heyman (haven't been watching as much in recent weeks) but I doubt Paul has had much experience.  If Ryback doesn't have the power to lift the bigger guys now, I'm sure they're working on it.  Or, at the very least, they'll have Big Show or Henry climb to the top rope for some insane reason and Ryback will grab them from there to complete his finisher.

On another note, how awesome would it be if Brock Lesnar came to the ring to challenge Ryback?  Or (are you sitting down for this?)  THE ROCK!

The problem is... they've wrote Ryback into a corner.

It's way to early for him to lose his winning streak.

It's even way to early for him to "win" by DQ.

Though if he wins... he's carrying two belts and carrying them for quite a while.

Best might be punk dodging him or finding a loophole to get a new opponent.

Was talking to a co-worker about this last night.  I don't know what they can do with him, either.  He's been made invincible.  Then again, who's left for Punk to face off with?  He's fought Bryan, Cena, Jericho, etc.  too many times.  I'd have him face Punk at a PPV and win by count out or something.  That way, Punk keeps the title and Ryback keeps the streak.  Then, I'd have him feud with Big Show, Lesnar, Kane, or some other big guy.  Do one of those "no rematch" storylines where he gets screwed out of a rematch and has to take the looooooong road back to the championship picture.

That probably would be best... and the countout should happen early.  Make it like a regular ryback match, with him getting the offense, then punk rolling out, shaking his head and walking away.

The thing about "Invicible" guys is you want them to stay invicible until they are undoubtably over.

Otherwise they're just the good guy equivlent of the "Monster Heel" unstoppable for two three months then jobbing to midcard talent the rest of their careers.

If they botch this in a couple months, ryback is just going to be one of those guys that consistently loses to Alberto Del Rio, Dolph Ziggler and the like.

Ryback should win... He gets moderate to large crowd pops which would only get bigger with the belt on him and I`m sick to death of Cena... They really screwed Punk up imo. He is a awesome Heel but the fans who WWE apparently listen too, didn`t even want to boo him and it would leave Punk and Lesnar free to go vs Rock and Cena at Mania or even Rock V Brock II and Punk V Austin.

WWE listens to their fans?  BWAAAA HAAAAA!

I worked overtime last night so I didn't watch the PPV (and I wouldn't have ordered it anyway) but my friend says that Ryback has been defeated. Guess WWE didn't learn from Goldberg. The streak is the main attraction for a guy like Ryback. He doesn't have an extensive moveset. He's not good on the mic. People tune in to see if he can be stopped. Now, he's just a second rate Batista.

Well he wasn't defeated cleanly, if that helps. he was interrupted by the ref then low blowed by him.

The match fucking sucked, and the pay per view was terrible.  had some decent matches, but why even HAVE a pay per view called hell in a cell if there's only one HIAC match and it's only 11 minutes long and shit?

Del Rio vs Orton was maybe a 4/10 match.  had some good spots, but lots of boring shit.  Del Rio fucking sucks.

Rhodes Scholars vs Hell No was 6/10, had some good spots and a decent ending despite ending unclean

Kofi vs Miz was solid 7/10 but could have been much better given the athleticism of both men and Miz's charisma

Cesaro vs his challenger was decent 5/10, but basically a slightly slower, less interesting kofi vs Miz.

PtP vs Cara/Rey was 5.10, not bad, nothing special and had no stakes

Show vs Sheamus was probably the best match at 8/10

I didn't watch the women's 3 way match

Punk vs Ryback was a 2/10 match for it being short, most of it consisting of Punk running away.
