I hear you there, brother. I love getting stoned/drunk with my close mates and then having a real deep conversation about politics and and shit during the sobering up period.

Hell, me and my mate live quite a way from all the rest of our group (typically about 3-4 miles away), and we always choose to walk back home from parties and have a real deep convo. It's funny, 'cause when you first leave, you're stumbling and can't make sense of anything, and by the time you're back home, you're completely sober (we're also neighbours).
