There were news stories. That being said, I don't care.

Because the issue at hand ( healthcare reform) is being ignored. There are people who against this thing that are not being heard and these lunatics are hurting this side of the issue. You never seen Bush do Town Halls meetings for healthcare and have that happen....
I found the reply highly humorous. The women didn't have a question she had a insult. She did not have a idea she had hate. She didn't have a point she had a ideology known only to herself. All she had to do was have a real question, and sadly she wasted it on a tantrum.
Speaking to how much at fault Bush is well he is no more or less responsible for our current woes then the Republican party. A party who has a philosophy that big business can tend to itself, and that economics will see to their being responsible. A philosophy that was soundly proven to be false. They didn't act responsibly, and the American people were made to suffer, and even worse they were made to pay to salvage the situation.
So when the Republicans had greater influence they loosened the leash, and the dog bolted right out of the yard and mauled the neighbor kid. The truth is you do have to reign in business you cannot just let them do as they please. I honestly wouldn't vilify them for the philosophy though. On paper it probably looked good, but it has proven to be another bad idea who's time has come.
I also don't buy into this argument that partisanship is killing the process. The truth is that most congressmen do want to serve their constituents, and health care is a major problem. Not just for the public, but for business, and even from a humanitarian point of view. They know that the post war generation will be going into retirement soon, and it will be a massive burden on the system. They can hardly afford to have a bad system killing millions of Americans as their family watches on helplessly.
Don't believe the hype. This ultra extremist crap isn't common place. Nor does it reflect the vast majority of Americans. The vast majority just want the system fixed, and aren't too particular in how it will be done. They paid these people to do a job, and they expect it to be done. They made that clear in the election. They want health care fixed.
This women is the problem she isn't part of a solution. She just wants to be a problem. I think she deserves her humiliation. A adult should know better then to behave like that.

ethnic heritage? Is he like a martian or something?
God bless America.
Evan Wells (Uncharted 2): I think the differences that you see between any two games has much more to do with the developer than whether it’s on the Xbox or PS3.

Obama is no Hitler or Stalin. Both those men killed millions of people out of Malice (Stalin fare more than Hitler).
Obama has a god complex, and is of the mind set that if he removed your rights, and made Americans act the way he thinks they should act, that the world would be a better place.
All his decisions, are because he feels they are better for the people, and there is no Malice behind them. A better comparison would be Castro.

I don't think this can be stressed enough.
And the point has nothing to do with Obama. The fact is these other two man were guilty of some of the most horrific actions in human history, to even compare them to Obama is insanity. Not because someone might buy into the comparison to Obama (as bad as it is), but because it cheapens the memory of the horror of those men.

I'm sorry but it is not the right nor the responsibility of the government to manage how corporations are run. This is not the governments fault, and the fact that the Democratic party had a dominant hold in government during Bush's second term (the one where the economy slowly declined) shows if anything it is the democrats fault for not acting. Congress makes most laws, the President just signs them.
Also, fixing health care in a time of economic decline would only further screw us over. Adding taxes (an inevitability with health reform) would only lower the incomes of people in a desperate time. And destroying all those jobs from Health Insurance companies would further put hundreds of thousands of people without jobs.... more economic decline.
If they want to fix health care, they need to wait until after we are out of this economic slump. Fixing it now will only make matters worse.
