If the PS3 is $299 and the PSP Go is $249, how do you think the sales will be?  How do you think they will affect each other?

I personally don't see PSP Go having much success outside Japan, especially since PS3 is only $50 more.

What do you think?  Sorry if this has already been posted, I looked around for an identical topic.

im still on the fence with the go. truthfully i think itll come down to if gt5 is coming out this year. I believe it won't so ill be getting a go. I still think that sony will come out with a phone version psp next year so I dont know if the go would be a good investment. Oh well

Yeah. I don't see why they wouldn't put PSP Go's numbers with the rest of the PSP sales.

They did it with DSi which I didn't understand. Built in cameras, DSiware and even different DSi enhanced game cartridges. The DSi is more of a different system to the DS than the PSP Go is to the PSP 1000-3000.

Well, PSpgo will not even have games as the psp does. All the games are gonna be through downloads. It looks like a totally different system.

DS,DSLite, & DSi. Psp1000,2000 & 3000. Then.. PspGo! but ... oh well, just a doubt that i had.

PSP Go will sell like hotcakes in Japan. Everywhere else, probably not so much. I don't think PS3slim will have a huge effect on PSP Go sells one way or the other.
