They are selling an Arcade for $180 and the 120 GB HD is $120, which equals $300. Interesting, since the elite is rumored to be that price in about 1.5 weeks.
Or wait a lil while and get an Elite, with HD cables, for the same price. If folks have waited this long for an Elite, a few weeks won't hurt.

No it will have component...all 360's have component (at least to my knowledge) They just don't have HDMI cables.

The Arcades have RCA cables, but have a wireless controller.

This is good because a 360 arcade is basically a useless purchase that will only end up costing you more money in the end..
