They're working on three game, I think. There's still more game shows this year, so maybe they might announce something from them. I know MS has something to announce at PAX.

Killer instinct 3 if done right could be epic.. kinda how SFIV completely reinvented the series for the next gen

They are probably debating which popular and beloved franchise of theirs they should ruin next; I would place a bet on Battletoads. On a serious note, I think they are preparing Perfect Dark for XBLA and developing a game for Project Natal.
