^Singstar, Buzz, R & C,LBP:GotYE, Eyepet! Family oriented titles will benefit in sales the most now that it is more affordable. Popular core titles as well such as GTA4, MGS4, K2 will receive boosts although minuscule in comparison to these family oriented titles releasing near the holidays.

I cant believe only one person mentioned LBP especially after the talk of the price being "casual" friendly. LBP will see the biggest boost just because of that reason. That and the GOTY editionis right around the corner. Also how can a game that is unreleased get a boost?

I am thinking too that the cheaper titles (like Uncharted and MGS4) will do quite well because a lot of people would have liked to have picked them up before. When they get their new PS3, they might want a few cheap games that they drooled over previously more so than just one new expensive game.

If it is former PS2 owners who are making the bulk of the purchases, I imagine both MGS 4: GotP and KZ 2 could see an increase in sales. Aside from those two, any game that is bundled will see an obvious increase.

Considering Prologue managed almost 4 million at the $400 pricetag, I think it's safe to say that whilst a mass market price helps, Gran Turismo can sell buckets without one.

Bundles and greatest hits, of course :P

I would hope that people will pick up Uncharted as it is one of the best games this Gen so far and since it is now a greatest hit in the US being sold for only $29.99 it would be awesome if this was the push it needed to pass the 3 Million mark

GT5's not guite a casual game.

I'd say the older PS2 franchises: GTA4, MGS4, GT5, Ratchet and Clank, RE5, DMC4 etc
