I think PlayStation 3's lineup for 2010 is great aswell!

Final Fantasy XIII
Final Fantasy Versus XIII
Final Fantasy XIV
God of War 3
Massive Action Game
White Knight Chronicles
Heavy Rain
The Last Guardian
Gran Turismo 5 (?)

I'm not sure if all will be set for 2010, so correct me if I'm wrong.
Also, I'm sure there will be more announcements coming sooner or later :)

I'm amazed people are posting sony games in a thread about 360 games in a Microsoft thread.

Yeah I guess I have to apologize for that, although from OP's post it seemed like the X360 would dominate 2010, but I think it'll be pretty even.. that's why I brought it up..

I hope for success of both HD consoles :)

yeah there's so many great games for 360 this year and the next one - i was planning to get ps3 next christmas for 300$ bundled with some games, but there's so many stuff coming out for 360 and psp i doubt i will have that much money and time for it.

though i will finally sell my wii with the rest of games and controllers i still have next week so i will get some $$$ for my 2009-2010 gaming budget.

Yup, I'm expecting one big game on one of their franchises, some excersize thing and some mini game. But all decent quality (I hope)

I think 2010 might be the 360 last year. So MS is going all out. And you left out left4dead 3.

I would not be so certain. You have to remember, pre-E3 anyone whos anyone would have said that 2009 was the Halo game year and 2010 was the Gears 3 year. Gears 3 in 2010 was logically and naturally, expected. It's Bungie who surprised us with Halo Reach, which people did not expect to see and so it's altered peoples expectations somewhat.

So logically it could be 2010 or 2011, depending on other factors and by that I mean Xbox 3, if Gears 3 comes 2010, Xbox 3 will be 2011, but if G3 is pushed back to 2011, then 2012 for Xbox 3 would seem likely. They wouldn't launch Gears 3 & new console in the same year.
