It's awesome for everyone, and M$ doesn't have it in the bag yet. And besides, there is so much speculation, does it really matter what a consoles line-up looks like over a year from now, with the exception of something huge like XIII or Halo Reach

It's funny, though, isn't it? Usually it's the PS3's line up for 'Next Year' that we're hyping. Perhaps we should start calling 2010 the year of the 360?
All this and we still haven't heard what is coming from Rare or Mistwalker. I can hardly imagine that Rare will go two years with a no show. Mistwalker hasn't released a game since 2007. Honestly I really expected Rare to show something at today's show.
Yeah its pretty stupid and they will probably pace those releases like Nintendo does.

Rare has had some layoffs, but I think they are working on Natal

Who they then rehired, not to mention last year Rare worked on NXE, Viva Pinata 2 and Banjo.
Something is coming from them, maybe multiple somethings, maybe one big something.

Didn't hear them, yeah I know they worked on that stuff, and they did Avatars, so I assume they are involved in the costumes stuff. They have been talking about how Natal can help their old IPs and stuff, and their games tend to be the more casual end of the spectrum. Remember, M$ wants natal to be like the relaunch of the system, so they will want plenty of games to come out that support Natal

I expect 3 games from them fall 2010
Put it this way, whether they're doing Natal shovelware along the lines of Wii Sports/Music/Fit or the hardest core sequels of PD2, KI3, etc. Rare will have games out next year. They're teams are too numerous and have too high an output to not see anything from them.
