bc isnt that important. i have like 20something ps2 games and i rarely play them... unless im feeling nestalgic but then i just use my ps2 for that...

I have no PS2 but I do have a few PS2 games since my brother has a PS2. This would allow me to complete them. As was said, I should still be able to send it in to Sony and still have it end up around the cost of a new one anyhow, so I'm not really seeing a problem with that. I either save money or I spend basically the same as for new anyhow and the possibility is there.
