if i get a PS3 it's gonna be a 60 gig with full BC, unless they come out with a slim PS3 with BC. I really doubt this one has BC, they would have said so if it did already.

Maybe someday if I want a blu-ray player since I might as well spring for the PS3 if I'm getting one at that price.

I just sent my Wii to Nintendo for reparation. Oh well now I have to pay 70 euros..

I won't be buying it.

I am going to get it and use it as my "dedicated" games machine for blu-ray disk games and PSN games. Then I am going to use my 60gb as a "dedicated" blu-ray player and media center.

I will pray for u because 60 gigs seems to brake down quite easily.

I believe the pics shown at the conference are more or less just a placeholder pic, and the real pics of the slim are yet to be revealed. We at least need to see better quality up close pictures of the slim, or even a video before I make my decision. That low quality picture makes the slim look not so good imo.

But

If it looks great upon release, then I might just buy a second PS3!

Still don't need a 2nd console in the house.

I already own a PS3 since 2007 and was expecting PS2 B/C to buy a Slim... I feel rather let down that it isn't happening...
