Hi ev1 Earlier today i bought the game fossil fighters mainly because it was made by nintendo. i havent opened it yet because i'm not sure if its any good. i searched to find a game review online but nothings posted so i was wondering if any one has played this game and could let me know if its a bad rip off of pokemon or if its a game worth playing. thanks

Well it being out and their being no reviews is a bad sign.

Looked a LOT like Pokemon to me... which isn't bad.  But who knows. 

Maybe you should play it and write a review.  I mean you have it anyway.

thanks for the link Kas, it gave me a better idea of what this game is like. It seems like it would be fun. It's wierd though that almost after a week of this game being out, there isnt more reviews.
i'll probably just try the game tommorrow, too tired 2day.

I love the game, there seems to be more stragety to the game than Pokemon, the vivosaurs you match together, play an important part of how well they fight together. The only thing I don't like about it, is the lack of Online play. No one near me owns the game, so I can't play multiplayer yet.

I just played it, and its great i doesnt resemble pokemon that much, as Willy above just said its takes more strategy, im having great fun cleaning the fossils, and the fights are getting harder everytime

This games has many problems though... first outside from battle the graphics are terrible, it reminds of the language games... it doesnt mather much though, since everything runs smoothly you´ll get used to it after a while, you might even like it!

Most of the Fossils look the same, not when they are fosilized, but when they come to live

Not much customization, i thought you could fuse different fossil parts, but no you cant, you must stick to the regular "bones" for each fossil

No female character, uhm.. im a guy and i dont care that much.. but if the main character is nameless, there should be a female, like in pokemon,harvest moon and so many games, is it really that hard?

Even so, i think its a great game and it makes me feel like pokemon the first time i played it, and thats a lot to say, Pokemon had problems too, when it started after all

I hope its a good game and for those who say its like pokemon its like saying stafy is a kirby rip off but made by the same company

I played the game a bit today and i enjoyed it. The fossil collecting aspect is fun (will probably take a long time to gather all the fossils since each dino needs 4) and battles are definitely more strategy based (since there are no potions you have to be careful not to lose all life). From what i played today i dont regret buying it.

This is Nintendo's new IP. I doubt they'd release a bad game.
