This is not a joke account and I am a Cristian

I never got why people are against the "Free Death Counciling".
Seems like a good idea to me if your going to go with universal healthcare.
The bad idea is the fact that under socialized medicine the poor are pretty much always treated as second class citizens because rationing needs to occur... yet they still pay for it.
Some people have trouble getting covered now... but at least they don't have to pay for the healthcare coverage they're not even entitiled to get. Not paying all their life for expected treatment then being told they got it too late in life.
Really they just need to put some laws in that make it illegal to have different rates on people within the same demographics.
Besides which the drawing is probably fake.
I've noticed a weird trend on CNN. Seems like they'll hastily report a negative story about Obama... and balance it by throwing aspersions on wing groups. Kinda distrubing really.
Afghanistan for example only got about 10 minuts about how we were "losing for the first time" and how casualties have reached all time highs.
The whole thing was making Bush era Iraq look like a rousing success.
Then it went to 2 hours on some weird christian support group for senators who cheat on their wives.
Either way... this is just setting us all up for the Zombie invasion.
World War Z.

Urgh. There is just so much wrong with this post. I'm just going to point out that in a privatised system the poor aren't given proper healthcare at all because they can't afford it. Its the reason why nearly 50M Americans are uninsured.
NHS and other socialised systems aren't perfect, but they aren't broken like the American system.
Edit: And yeah the war in Afghanistan isn't going at all well but thats hardly on topic is it?

The USA has a much lower mortality rate then the UK does for people over 75%. The old are biased against after paying their entire lives into a system.
If there needs to be bias in a system... it should at least be for the people who aren't paying rather then be biased against people who are paying for healthcare.
However, that isn't even the case.
Fact No. 5: Lower income Americans are in better health than comparable Canadians. Twice as many American seniors with below-median incomes self-report "excellent" health compared to Canadian seniors (11.7 percent versus 5.8 percent). Conversely, white Canadian young adults with below-median incomes are 20 percent more likely than lower income Americans to describe their health as "fair or poor."[5]
Fact No. 8: Americans are more satisfied with the care they receive than Canadians. When asked about their own health care instead of the "health care system," more than half of Americans (51.3 percent) are very satisfied with their health care services, compared to only 41.5 percent of Canadians; a lower proportion of Americans are dissatisfied (6.8 percent) than Canadians (8.5 percent).[10]

The truth is ALL forms of Healthcare are broke.
Because healthcare is expensive... and it stays expensive because it drives funding that leads to more discoveries that saves more lives.
We could cheapen it up... but then we wouldn't get great technological advances in health. Everyone will have equal health... but it will be relativly poor equal health.
Afterall there is a reason why pretty much all big medical research comes vs the US. More then the rest of the world combined.
The US is better then most in a lot of tech sectors... but i don't think better then the rest of the world combined.
The best kind of healthcare would seem to be the American model with some additional "add-ins" to help those who can't afford insurance to spur on additional technological growth.
Which would be minor regulations for people who develop prexisting conditions before a certain age.
