Becoming store champion in Pasadena, California, for the 1994 Blockbuster World Video Game Championships, with my badass high score (on my ONE chance) to play the tournament edition of Donkey Kong Country. Somewhere around here I have a GLOW-IN-THE-DARK plaque. And I got 2 free rentals per month for 12 months. And a sticker. And a pin.

Teaching my mom's friends how to beat Contra when I was 5.

Beating SMB1, SMB2, SMB3, and SMW, all without dying, in a little under an hour total.

Beating SMB1 in under 6 minutes.

Beating the first level of SMB1 with my eyes closed.

Beating Mario Paint.

Nice! My brother actually was the store champion in that too in Culver City, CA. I finished 3rd -_-

We tried the Judge Dredd, NBA JAM ones too but we sucked at that haha

“When I was 5 years old, my mom always told me that happiness was the key to life. When I went to school, they asked me what I wanted to be when I grew up. I wrote down “happy.” They told me I didn’t understand the assignment and I told them they didn’t understand life." - author unknown

No death runs in 2D Contra games (Contra, Super C, Contra 3, Contra 4)

Hmm... I typically don't play games to death, but there are a few accomplishments that I'm proud of:
Super Mario World- getting 92 goals (4 missing are the 4 switch palaces).

Zelda LttP: Getting the 0-game finish, and seperately meeting the Nintendo Power Trading Card pro challenge (13 hearts, no bottles, green armor, lv. 3 sword, regular magic)

I tell ya, that challenge was tricky, but I'm glad I did it. I also think it's part of why I'm not as much a fan of the newer ones, as they seem too easy.

Honestly? You're not going to spam this thread with your wall of amazement?

No, because I can't exactly remember all those lies and I don't want to contradict myself in case you have an old post of mine bookmarked.

I'm not that obsessed with you, quit flattering of yourself.

Speaking of which, after looking through your game collection, I see you still don't have Under the Knife 2 but you do have Kimmunicator.

My mind is completely baffled.
