I liked the music a lot. That is pretty much all I liked about it.

I agree (about the first part). I hated the music at first (that damn girl singing with the same tone for a fricking minute), but then it started to get better every time you get a new character. Déjà vu is my favorite! =P

What I especially like about the game is the Pin Collection... but at the same time it makes me stay away from the game (stupid Mingle thingy)!

Random game thought :
Why is Bionic Commando Rearmed 2 getting so much hate? We finally get a real game and they're not even satisfied... I'm starting to hate the gaming community so f****** much...

Watch my insane gameplay videos on my YouTube page!

Damn! Is this good? I just got a DS a bit ago, and am currently rocking ff4 right now. But I'm almost done and was looking at this for next RPG (huge RPG fan), is it worth it?

you will be able to jump or dodge soon enough with the upper screen. XD
i love it, it's even mean to emos! XD

This game restored my faith in Square as a publisher and JRPGs as a genre.

You're pretty much meant to detest the protagonist at the start. I think you'll find that your feelings about most of the characters will ebb and flow throughout the game, and at the end, you'll care about all of them. That's one of the things I enjoyed about this game.

I played almost the entire game with top screen on full auto. The customization of how you play and how you level were two of the masterstrokes of this game.

its a dam fine game but flawed, that was quite a good bargin

hmmm the characters are indeed annoying as hell and the game play just seemed like random swipes and button presses that took no skill at all....only thing I liked about it is the music

yes it is worth it. Dont listen to these fools they clearly have a bug up there a**. The gameplay does feel a bit weird at first but with practice its gets much easier. Believe me its a great game than any RPG fan should enjoy

if you only played the first 2 days that you're still really early in the game. i forget when you get it but there is a jump feature you learn for the top character which is basically your defensive move. i promise you will get the hang of the game eventually but you are basically still in the training level of the game as in you haven't had all the layers of complexity added to the gameplay yet.

Reading this thread makes me remember all the good things about TWEWY. The level system is probably the best I've ever used, the battles are never boring even if they can become routine after a while and the music is just awesome. The characters grows on you. A lot. The threads and pins being brands ties so well into the setting.

AAAAAH! This was a really good game.
