Forums - Microsoft - APB may be cancelled for the 360...

wasnt APB a nes game i think, maybe it was overhead like a basic basic gta 1

i may be mixing it up with chase hq, but im pretty sure apb was a nes game

this was kind of off topic yes.

Last year's game of the year turned out to be Silent Hill : Shattered Memories (online GOTY was COD 6).  This year's GOTY leader to me is Heavy Rain.

Old news. They've been saying that for a while.

Don't really feel like sitting through an advertisement at the moment, but it can't be any better than when they made Miyamoto, Molyneux, Warren Spector, and Richard Garriott!

its a shame

if some new publisher showed up and all it did was publish games other guys cancelled, people would say they made some high quality games . . .

It's still coming for PC. Which is probably the only thing on which I'd want to play an MMO, anyway.

WTF, this sucks.

They need to put it on the 360.

And they need to make it not be an MMO.

Problem solved.

We don't provide the 'easy to program for' console that they [developers] want, because 'easy to program for' means that anybody will be able to take advantage of pretty much what the hardware can do, so the question is what do you do for the rest of the nine and half years? It's a learning process. - SCEI president Kaz Hirai

It's a virus where you buy it and you play it with your friends and they're like, "Oh my God that's so cool, I'm gonna go buy it." So you stop playing it after two months, but they buy it and they stop playing it after two months but they've showed it to someone else who then go out and buy it and so on. Everyone I know bought one and nobody turns it on. - Epic Games president Mike Capps

We have a real culture of thrift. The goal that I had in bringing a lot of the packaged goods folks into Activision about 10 years ago was to take all the fun out of making video games. - Activision CEO Bobby Kotick

Thank god this is not coming to 360...I mean really...does the 360 need more console exclusives?....This was payback for CrackDown 2...

F*** them if it is.  Realtime Worlds are the ones who chose to make APB.  I'll take Crackdown 2 over APB any day.

I do think this has something to do with Crackdown 2. And yes CGI I did read the article

You have told two other people to read the article. I'm just saying that I did read it.
