Definitely - its the same QA process that full Wii titles will go through.
But - they won't *test* your game (i.e. bug test it) - just a basic QA test, plus test a bunch of hardware tests (make sure it doesn't crash, etc..).
Its still the developers responsibility to make sure that the game is playable and bug free.
(I have personally only been through the GBA QA process with Ninty, and that was very lightweight - no real game QA/testing at all).
