i would be disgusted at Sony, how little they care about their consumers.

I'd do exactly the same thing I intend to do if it's not a hoax, i.e. nothing.

What do I hate about modern gaming? I hate tedium replacing challenge, complexity replacing depth, and domination replacing entertainment. I hate the outsourcing of mechanics to physics textbooks, art direction to photocopiers, and story to cheap Hollywood screenwriters. I hate the confusion of obsession with dedication, style with substance, new with gimmicky, old with obsolete, new with evolutionary, and old with time-tested.
There is much to hate about modern gaming. That is why I support the Wii.

I am surprised that existing PS3 owners would really care if the PS3 Slim turns out to be a hoax. It is the people who have not bought a PS3 who are waiting for the PS3 Slim would be the most concerned.

with so many reports and rumours all singing the same song...it's hard to say their isn't a PS3 slim, but I will say this, if it's not announced at GamesCON, then it doesn't mean it's a hoax, but that it will be announced at TGS, if at TGS it's not announced...then yes one can say with out a doubt that it's a fake and a hoax....but I personally think it will be announced at GameCon for the rumoured price of $299, and the slim may indeed look identical to some of the best and most resonable photoshoped images out there floating on the net...I guess time will tell ay ;)
