Wipeout Fury a true reflection of what DLCs should be.
I have yet to buy DLC, except for XBLA/PSN games, which I don't consider DLC.

My Life As A King is a prime exampkle of whats wron g with DLC these days, the game costs 15$ but has like 40$ worth of DLC,
seriosly it should have just been disc based
I would much rather have DLC then a company rebranding, adding a few things and selling it for $60 at retail...
At least with DLC they are more up front that it is simply an edition or expansion to the game. They don't try and flog it as a whole new game.
Pay for DLC is the shits. Games already cost a lot, then the companies thank the buyers by offering them minimal content for maximum money.
The thing that pisses me off most is when games like GOW2, that sell like 5 million, have pay for DLC. The game has made a hefty profit, moreso than 90% of games this gen and they still try to nickel and dime everyone.
I dont even like DLC games, but at least they are usually full games. I want to own what I own.
Getting an XBOX One for me is like being in a bad relationship but staying together because we have kids. XBone we have 20000+ achievement points, 2+ years of XBL Gold and 20000+ MS points. I think its best we stay together if only for the MS points.
Nintendo Treehouse is what happens when a publisher is confident and proud of its games and doesn't need to show CGI lies for five minutes.
