All those games look like fail. Except Spyborgs.

I wouldn't say fail but i see no games i look forward on that list.

Why not? They all look great. Just because they're FPS or WRPG!

man I feel sorry for all of you with slow internet

Muramasa is the only one i'm sure to get in 2009, alongside Metroid Prime Trilogy and New Super Mario Bros Wii, of course... i'm not into survival/horror, so a lot of these games leave me cold...

Plus, there are many DS games that will do it for me this year: Professor Layton's Pandora Box, Mario and Luigi 3, Zelda Spirit Tracks and Scribblenauts... so my "Wii budget" will be limited...

But i'll also keep an eye on Spyborgs, Rabbids Go Home, A Boy and his Blob... and even Toy Story Mania and Spore Hero: all could be great games for my little family, but i'll wait for reviews, hoping for the best...

2010 will be a different story, though: Sin and Punishment 2, FFCC Crystal Bearers, Fragile, Monster Hunter Tri, Metroid Other M and Super Mario Galaxy 2 are sure shots... even Red Steel 2, No More Heroes 2 or the Grinder could interest me... and most will be released between january and june: amazing...

But we must hype all these games because most of them are good and not getting enough attention. We all know Mario and Metroid will sell well.

Hype is always nice, but sometimes it bites you back: Mad World and the Conduit have been everywhere for months and months, and have been huge disappointments, at least for me... while a game like Little King's Story was totally ignored by nearly everyone, and deserved way more attention...

But of course, i'm into japanese games, and not that much into western games, so my hype level is very different from the one of many gamers...

Nice thread anyway...   ;)

well, I'm getting Muramasa for sure! Tatsunoko I want and can't believe there's going to be online with leaderboards!

NINTENDO

nintendo forever . . .

I have an eye on Cursed Mountain, Muramasa and Silent Hill. If they get good reviews, I'm quite sure to get them. The other games aren't really my cup of tea though, except for Need for Speed which I might also get if the reviews are fine.

Currently Playing: Skies of Arcadia Legends (GC), Dragon Quest IV (DS)

Last Game beaten: The Rub Rabbits(DS)

Muramasa is the only one i'm positive i'm gonna pick up, the reviews havent been too good, theres only been 5 so far will probably come more once it releases but the game still looks freaking badass.
as for Cursed mountain, Silent Hill, Spyborgs and TvC i will wait for reviews. Cursed mountain and Silent hill look good, but i just have a feeling that they are going to be crap like most Wii games.(but hopefully they wont).

As for spyborgs and TvC, i'm not a huge beat-em up or fighting fan. So unless TvC has a GODLY online mode i probably wont pick it up. SSBB was pretty disapoiting online with huge lagg spikes and disconnects and only FFA or TDM. This being 1 on 1 could be fun for quick bursts of online play, a few matches, 30 or so minutes before bed time could be fun

Spyborgs, unless it offers something really awesome i'm gonna probably pass on it.

Picking up Muramasa & T vs C for sure. Might pick up Spyborgs later if it gets good impressions and a discounted price months after release.
