£51 Pound/$81 US Dollars. It's very close to that.
6000 Msp is the price in Austraila and New Zealand for Mass Effect by the way.
Over here in the UK every game on demand title is priced at £19.99 (32 dollars) which is also a rip-off considering you can buy Mass Effect Brand new for around £12 (pre-owned £8). You can also buy NFS Most Wanted and NFS Carbon for less then £10. Hell I could of bought NFS Undercover (Latest one) for £12 around 6 months ago.
What annoys me even more then Microsoft charging us ridicolous prices is people who will buy these Game's on Demand at these prices. If people buy them it will mean a 0% chance of a price reduction where as if everyone boycotted them Microsoft would be forced to reduce the prices to something somewhat reasonable.

MS "Games on Demand" is Digital Distribution done wrong.

I actually think they made this program to sell to people with 360's countries like Brazil where we pay 80$ to old games like Mass Effect, we would buy the same game for 30$, what for us is pretty good deal. But I recognize that to where games are cheap like US,EU,AU,JP and Etc. this just don't make sense at all, just stupid people will buy this for that price.
Ouch. Guess that's one way to force people to not use your service.

Lame.
Do you want japanese voices in FF13 and Versus 13? Write to these guys and tell them: support@square-enix-usa.com
6000 points? the hell.
they just killed the service before it began.
sony is selling burnout paradise for like 30-40$, i think thats still abit more expensive since u can find it for cheaper on retail
That is just horrific. I mean wow.
Man
I'll just stick to buying them inn shops and putting them on my hard drive, then.
$75 for a downloadable title is a joke and a half. I'm still not sold on the whole downloading full games thing... paying $5-$10 for arcade titles is one thing, but paying $20 or more for full price retail titles is another matter entirely, and once you pay for them, they basically have zero value... you can't trade or resell them or let a friend borrow them.
If I'm not saving a considerable amount of money, I might as well pick up the physical retail copy of the game complete with box and manual for the same price as downloading a file that I'll only have as long as my 360 is active (or working).

You know I was always wondering why no one ever used the dollar sign for $ony, but then I realized they have no money so it would be pointless.
