I know what you said. Did you read my post? Every ps2 was bundled with gran turismo for almost a year in North America. So if only 1 or 1.5 million units of GT3 were bundled then that was all the ps2 hardware sold. Understand?

I know that. I also notice that all y ou have is a top 10 and not numbers. So far down the list Gran turismo probably only sold 1 to 1.5 both years. Probably netting it about 3 million at most. I would say at least half of gran turismo 3 sales are from bundles.

It sold at least 3.5 million if not 4 million in first two years, and when we inlude Canada then figure goes up to 4 or 4.5 million. And thats just for first 2 years, LTD sales are more with greatest hits version releasing latter on.

cool, give me a source that says that and I'll believe you. However, going off the list that you provided by the NPD and without them giving hard sell through numbers, I would say it is about half of what you are saying. I mean, look at madden 2002. It's in the number 2 spot and it's lifetime to date numbers are only 2.3 million which includes more than that years sales. At NUMBER 2! Gran Turismo is only number 6. If you have ever looked at an NPD top selling list with actual numbers you would know that Those sale through numbers drop off significantly.
I would guess madden probably sold around 1.8 million that year, and I would guess gran turismo is around .75 - 1 million. Now, that is what I get from the data you provided. Unless you want to share some hard data that I don't know about, that is what I think.
