I like the fat one

Fat, except the slim does have built in ethernet and less DVD drive issues.

I prefer my fatty. I bought years before the slim came out and the original has never had a problem.

another reason i like the original is the fact u can add a hdd to it.

Me personally I like the fatty one it just gives the feeling of awesome and slim is a mass marketed product

Well thats a tough one.

I have a PS2 Slim (Launch Slim.) and its sexy and neat due to slimness but... the original PS2 is better due to the fact it HAS a power on and off button with the fucking slim you can only put it on stand by or un-plug it.

Stupid sony.

I was going to say slim, but then remembered many of the models has an error not allowing it to read PS1 memory-cards.. Too annoying at the time I bought it and didn't have a PS3 (PS1 stolen).

I like the slim more, but I don't have one.  I have the original PS2 from launch week.  Still works, though I had to bust it open and adjust a few things after a nasty disc read error fiasco.  One of these days I will get a slim version, but I need to get a new PsP first...

I like the slim more, plus with it being around during my college days, it has travelled around a fair bit, the fat one would have been a lot more inconvenient.
Though that one is still alive and working at our country house.
