Is it just me or is IGN always plastered with only 360 content? Every multiplat game links to the 360 page.

I'm looking at the front page and see nothing Ps3 related at all. Just 360 content. Theyve been doing features on Shadow Complex for a while now, yet nothing on God of War, Uncharted, R&C, Demon Souls, Gran Turismo 5, MAG, etc.... What gives? Even GameTrailers.com has done big previews of those games.

same with gamespot you click on news on a multi platform game and it will always take you to the 360 version, and then it comes up as today's most visited

ign is actually one of the few unbiased game sites in an ocean of playstation media loving portals.

Similarly, Because the liberal media bias enslaves most media, people think foxnews is extremely conservative, but it is actually closer to the political center than cnn.

Every multiplat game does not link to it's 360 page. If you visited IGN regularly, you would know that.

Regarding Shadow Complex, it's probably part of the marketing strategy to get websites on board making articles for the game. If the teams behind those Sony games would employ the same tactics, I'm fairly sure IGN would in turn write up on what they find, and surely it would make the front page.

The OP must not have visited IGN for the 3 months prior to inFamous being released. . .

IGN is pretty balanced, it already did preview of many games you said. I think this you talk is a fluke of the moment.


But multiplat normally have 360 logo attached first in every site, because of the bigger attach rate 360 has, especially in America. And since most readers that advertisers are interest in reaching are americans, is economically more important to draw more US citizens to the advertises inside the site.

I guess IGN is more balanced than most sites but it can still be biased. But I also understand what you mean.

Sometimes I really hate when they label multiplat games just "Xbox360: ...." and nothing for PS3. As well i've caught a few times where they've only put Xbox360 on the heading to such games as FFXIII which we all know its bigger on PS3 and some FFXIII articles were only on Xbox360 site, like lets be fair IGN.

IGN has a XBL dedicated link, yet not a PSN. So til they do, IGN is still biased =P
