Every multiplat game does not link to it's 360 page. If you visited IGN regularly, you would know that.
Regarding Shadow Complex, it's probably part of the marketing strategy to get websites on board making articles for the game. If the teams behind those Sony games would employ the same tactics, I'm fairly sure IGN would in turn write up on what they find, and surely it would make the front page.
