When it comes to the FPS genre the Orange Box is easily the best Dollar per value you can get...pretty much ever. I can't think of anything that rivals it anyways...but there might be something.

As far as which game is better or worse with TF2, Portal, or HL2:E2 vs UT3. Well thats a lot more opinion based, but I am really looking forward to Portal the most out of the 4 which I am sure puts me in the minority.

In regards to the scores given, bah, who needs reviewers and their scores? They can drown in hell for all I care (that is a joke btw). Even if they gave every last game in the pack 10/10 I wouldn't care at all. I have completely sworn off reviewers and I plan to take every opportunity to spread my new belief like a new gamer anti-review religion! Down with review scores! Up with the details & gameplay videos!

Yay Orange Box. It pretty much describes what I figured Ep2 and Portal would be like. Short but sweet.

LEFT4DEAD411.COM
Bet with disolitude: Left4Dead will have a higher Metacritic rating than Project Origin, 3 months after the second game's release.  (hasn't been 3 months but it looks like I won :-p )

Hey ssj12, I have a feeling you're going to really enjoy EA's port of it to the PS3. It's definitely going to be up to par with Valves effort on the game. Buy it and send Valve the message that it's ok for them not to give a shit about what happens to the PS3 versions of their games and send it off to anybody to port.

I can't wait.

What is that supposed to mean erikers? EA is not solely working on the PS3 version...they're just helping Valve port it, due to them not being able to fully work on the PS3's hardware well enough.

erikers, Valve is a PC developer. They don't work on console hardware. They got EA to help them with it. If you have a problem with that, buy the PC version... the system requirements are nothing drastic.

I mean, PC developers like Valve and Epic will always value their PC fanbase over the console gamers.  Sorry, but it's one thing that makes PC gamers so loyal to individual companies.  Those companies value their continued support and return the favor with dedication to that fanbase.

Bah, I didn't got the money to buy it before today. I fail at life -_-'
