Sony does'nt charge tax..

Anyhow, its a somewhat good idea..

They do for the US Playstation Store

i think he meant just for the card that they dont

after all leo does live in NA

Well I think the first guy (Aion) was refering to the PS Store charging tax. Which they do.  Thats why I responded the way I did, I knew leo-j lived in NA thats why I was confused.   Cause a $10 PS card wont get you a $9.99 game from the store, because of tax.

Well, I only wanted $30 worth. So this is good for me

The ps store doesn't charge tax, atleast for me..

actually its under account management from the xmb above ps home then account transaction it will show all the stuff u bought and wat u payed for it including the tax i have about a 7% sales tax on all my items i bought including DLC stuff

                                                                      Play Me

Think ill stick to the $20 cards

sony doesn't tax, at least for Prepaid cards.

u introduce 20$ get 20$
and if the thing cost 9.99$
you will have left 10.1$.

if there is a tax, depends on the state i guess.

i live overseas so 0% tax.

I've made 3 transactions on the PSN, and I was never charged tax. I live in the US.

Edit: But I use my credit[really a debit..] card, so I don't know if that makes a difference. I'm currently looking at my bank statement, and it says there was a $14.99 charge on the 31st. That was for Fat Princess.

Seems $10 is abit of a rip, because games cost 9.99 + TAX so its like 12.43. I wish Sony did a points system like micrsoft and nintendo. It works so much better and seems so much better.
