He plays that song better than I could play it (actually, I never played that song, but looking at it, I'm sure that I wouldn't do any better on Expert, I maybe could finish it but not more than that), while solving 2 Rubik cubes, strumming with an elbow and playing the game by looking in a mirror.

That is very impressive!

Strumming without your fingers isn't that hard though. I've had one of my friends play the game entirely with his feet while he was eating at a party.
