Forums - PC - Steam Weekend Deal: 10 Indie Games for 29,99 Euros

Oh shit, Crayon Physics Deluxe? That is pretty tempting....

So I spent some time with The Path. I can't really classify it a all. It's not a game, I should hate it. It makes me so uncomfortable and im constantly at unease. At the same time it does horror so well. I'm constantly at ease, and everything is left up to interpretation. This is one deep "game" and for some reason I just can't put it down. It's the narrative that is so captivating, and a lot more games should have a similar style of narrative.

I haven't heard of any of those.

how this is possible, I will never know.

World of Goo and Braid were GOTYs in a few categories.

Already bought and paid for. I've wanted most of those games for some time. Good thing I waited because this is a fantastic deal. :)

About Braid, I'm about an hour and a half into the game. I don't like it at all. :( Ironically, the one game I didn't know about, Mr. Robot, is the game I'm enjoying the most.

Audiosurf and World of Goo are worth the package alone, awesome games, the two best indie games I've ever played; Braid is great too (with some flaws like the totally incomprehensible and wasted story)

I don't have any of those games. Are they worth 30€?

Edit:

Nevermind, checked the reviews. I'm not paying 30€ for these. :)

There's something in that pack for everyone; Strategy, Shooter, Horror, Puzzle, Platformer. It also has some of the best presentations the from the last two years. Darwinia + Braid + Blueberry garden = Audiovisual heaven!

I'd buy the pack instantly if I didn't already have 4 of the games (Audiosurf, Blueberry Garden, Darwinia, World of Goo) or was interested in more than two of the rest.

Cracking deal. I've been on Crayon Physics and Braid for most of the afternoon. The Path is one of the most bizarre things I've ever seen. It's either genius or utter bollocks, and I can't decide quite which.

I bought the package yesterday and now I'm addicted to AudioSurf. Great game.

So what is The Path?
