None, troll.
This kind of poll doesn't give reliable statistics, because the people who have had a hardware failure are much more likely to participate in a poll than the people who have had no problems.
Now please ban this troll.

When I had an Xbox360 none (i barely played it tho like a few hrs a week), but when i gave it to my cousin he got the RRoD a few weeks later (he probably played it alot more than I did as well).
i bought my elite last year November.
i play at least 10 hrs a week.
i've had zero RRoD.
For all of you that think I'm a troll, then my answer to you is you need to chill out FANBOYs. I just asked an honest question. Like I said before I loved my Xbox, and I have been contemplating about buying an Xbox360 for quite a while now. But, as you know there tends to be a little bias from one group or another and its hard to get a straight answer most of the time. So, I wanted to ask the Xbox360 gamers on this site to give me some of their hands on experience on the reliability of the console.
BTW if anyone is the troll your are Slimebeast, etc. for trying to turn this from a friendly question to an all out argument.
Cheers,

So...
12 people with problems
6 with no problems
50% failure rate confirmed?
Shit, gotta send these numbers to VGC fast before someone screws up the statistics!
I kid! And i also dont see the point of this thread.
One RRoD - replaced in 4 days + 1 month of free Xbox Live gold as a "Sorry" from MS.
Imagine not having GamePass on your console...

This is not a biased question, I'm just curious since the media has posted a failure rate of 30%, and because I loved the original Xbox but unsure about investing in the Xbo360. Also what is the average length of time you play for per day/week or whatever, just to see if there is a positive correlation between play time and failure rate.

just get the newest model, it doesnt break that easily anymore.
Once with my elite. My old pro model I sold to a friend of mine (launch model) is still kicking though. Buy the new elites though and you should have very little trouble with red ringing. People are still complaining about this because this is the one area the ps3/wii is better. It's not that bad anymore though, so continueing to complain about it is silly.

But you are a troll. Half the M$ threads are on RRoD issues from other trolls. But being the troll that you are, you felt the need to post another one. Use the search feature, you'll probably find 100 similar old threads. Some posting are fanboys, others are not. But you sir, are indeed a troll.
