Capcom need to revive these four franchises pronto................. Chaos legion, Dino crisis, Onimusha & God hand.

Come on people, if this is true, they said "Blow your mind". That pretty much rules out stuff like Mega Man and DMC, we're used to that stuff. This will almost undoubtedly be something surprising like Okami 2 or Marvel vs. Capcom 3. Perhaps Dino Crisis, or as some other user suggested, Chaos Legion?

Unless Capcom have a ridiculous idea of what "blowing our minds" is, stuff like Mega Man, Resident Evil, Street Fighter etc. is completely ruled out.

I think you mean Tales of Vesperia animation level. Tales of Versus is the one on PSP.
