I think it would have flopped pretty bad. Especially if they would release it after this long time.

Am surprised that they haven't published it in Japan but Germany is no surprise at all. They have mental censorship for video games over there - no blood, no Nazi symbolism and no flamethrowers.

Blood is still allowed, but the government tries to create a law, that forbides selling those action games in Germany.
