They found a singer to fill the hole that Staley left.

 

Some guy by the name of William Duvall, who I had never heard o0f before.

 

TBH, I was expecting to be dissapointed, but this song kicks major ass.

I agree.
This song, at least, sounds very similar to their heavier material from the self titled album, like Grind or Head Creeps.

At any rate, I'm very happy their core sound hasn't changed, and they've stayed true to thier roots.

Too many times I've seen good bands come back from a long hiatus and totally suck, this doesn't seem to be the case here.
