I doubt it, seeing that it probably has something to do with Windows. Microsoft has been trying to connect Xbox users and PC users. What a way to make it happen and fuck up the word exclusive.

Well, no reason to limit it's capabilities to strictly just the 360. As a whole MS looks at profits, not just exclusivity for the 360.

Think about it. If you can use it on PC....why use it on the Xbox? Did I just open up an alternate dimension of thought? This isn't the first time Microsoft fucked up trying to make profit off of multiple sources. Microsoft destroyed the value for the original Xbox by having the games on PC and the Xbox at the same time.
