If you think about it Eidos is a British company so it is a safe bet that they would allow Game masters to get the first review

Depends on whether Sony mercilessly abuse their Joker advantage when it comes to advertising.

I agree I think the Joker exclusivity is going to be a big factor for PS3 sales if advertised.
