The article fails to state that he died while on a mission to find a missing POW.
I know that a lot of you probably don't really give a damn, mostly because this is the internet and none of you knew him, but I feel like just dropping my sadness on these forums just because I need someplace to vent my feelings a bit.
Justin was a really good friend of mine. Almost like a brother. I knew him for roughly 6 years. We always enjoyed hanging out and BSing about new animes and movies we saw. Now that he is gone reflecting on all the retarded shit we did together like go ghost haunting in some old graveyard about a 20 minutes away from the movie theater we used to hang out at. Its a rather odd feeling of joy and sadness rememberingall the time dealing with eachother.
Probably my biggest regret was not thanking him for serving. Last time me and him talked we discussed the beauty of some of the areas he was touring. His wake/viewing is tomorrow and funeral is Monday.
All I know is in the end of the day, I am honored to have known him. He was a great person. I will forever miss him.
RIP Justin.
