Any franchise worth two cents nowadays seems to be turning into a movie now.

Prince of Persia,Uncharted, Halo blah blah. I get the feeling the majority of these are vaporware, and the rest are Uwe Boll -quality films in the making. I wonder why the influx of these things.............

I think some of them will end up being good. Like Bioshock (if Gore stays) or Prince of Persia. Metal Gear might also be good depending on the actor.
