the losses are probably from other parts than console software. Arcades are really getting hit hard this gen. Despite the conduit not doing well Sega has tons of games particularly on wii that continue to sell well. You can see on the link that 48 million of the losses came from the mobile phones, animation and PC part of the business alone.

Sega's losses must always been looked at with the understanding that they have a massive presence in the arcade business where profits are hard to come by.

Sega doesn't have any big sellers on the shelves right this moment. They are spending a lot on finishing projects for the holiday season.

This isn't really unexpected, I think.

The Conduit numbers represent only a week of shippments. The report ended on the 30th of June.

I thought he was one of the guys who said Conduit will not sell well.   Probably got bashed for it aswell. A very good reason to post this imo. Or atleast an understandeble reason.
