Forums - Sony - PS3 Slim: Will it over heat?

Has anybody ever considered that if the PS3 Slim is indeed true, will it actually have any serious problems such as over heating issues? Considering the size of it in the images we have all seen, it would have very small fans and all of that technology crammed into that small case cannot be a good thing right? Just want you thoughts on this since I have not yet seen anybody mention this possibility.

No, you fail, even saying that a Sony product would overheat... how about you go jump in a volcano and "overheat" yourself?

i think the real question is...will it blend?

Hoy shit I joined just now and already some guy starts saying I fail? I just thought that it would since it is a hell of a lot of amazing technology all rcammed down. -_-

Sony is a hardware company, they know how to designing reliable hardwares (Relatively speaking of course).

Lol. The forums can be harsh.

OT: Well... I don't hear much problems about the slim PS2 overheating and it seems about just as slim as the PS3 Slim pic we've been seeing.

4 ≈ One

The 45nm chips and smaller powerbrick will produce a lot less heat than the 90nm chips in the first generation models

Sony didnt have an issue with PS1 or PS2 slim so im sure they'll know what they're doing for heating for the PS3
