That can be said about any game, popular or unpopular...
Because I do my own research before buying games, and I couldn't give a shit if it's critically / commercially acclaimed or unpopular with people on the internet.
What baffles me is all the people who forego a purchase based on how well a game is received. Isn't that a vicious circle?
WHERE IS MY KORORINPA 3
Well because i do research before buying the game. If i think it's good ill buy it.
PROUD MEMBER OF THE PLAYSTATION 3 : RPG FAN CLUB

Because games like Halo and COD used to be new unproven IP. What I am saying is that just buying sequels does not move the industry forward in anyway. I do not pay attention to reviews and I buy random games. Yes I have been disappointed before, but you can't win everything

Yeah. Exactly. Metascore was pretty close to quality.
I don't buy games day 1.
Ok I just bought Fat Princess but that's because my friend insisted and it's only 15$.
there have been few games i've bought day 1, i just can't justify paying $60 when I know its going to go down within a couple of months. There are exceptions though when certain games just don't seem to go down in price like fifa and cod by much. I remember buying cod4 when cod5 came out for $30 bucks and then selling it this summer for like $36, its just crazy sometimes

Soon the Darkside will be irresistable and will crush the MS rebel scum underfoot.
The Wii owners are like Ewoks. The Evil empire will tolerate them but turn their forest moon into a secret base.
