So this is the game that meets your personal expectations?

YK: In the very beginning, this was my goal, to make the game that I created. But as I was going along, I started setting more goals that I wanted to create, so I want to implement that into the next title.

What's next for you?

YK: [laughs] If possible, I want to go with Little King's Story 2. If I am to create another Little King's Story, I want to make it more adult-oriented, a little more artistic. But it is artistic as it is right now.

Oh, I do want a sequel very much.
But people are too stupid to know what a great game this is.

Sadly I doubt it will sell enough to warrant a sequel, which is sad because it is exactly the type of game wii owners want but won't pay for because its not made by nintendo. It makes me want to tell third parties to stop trying and just make PS360 games because their owners actually buy games when they're good and have amazing critical acclaim.

This is a different interview. The one in that thread was from an interview conducted before July 22nd, mine was conducted on the 24th.

Doing that I don't think will make things any better.  Hopefully Nintendo has plans to change that.

If Europe is any indication, no sequel for us :(
