2 new playable characters, online co-op, new weapons and even Rachel is back(!) Slower, what do you mean by that? If you think they're going to tone down the difficult level, then we just have to wait until the game releases. But seriously, Sigma 2 IS the definitive version.
Not sure about Vesperia, but I'm sure it has tons of new content with a new character and a full-voice over, so I'm sure there will be new subplots that weren't in the 360 version. The only minus part is the PS3-version doesn't likely leave Japan.
